Barnes/Richardson Partner Presents FDA Regulations Update

In early September Barnes, Richardson & Colburn partner Rick Van Arnam addressed members of the ophthalmic community during International Vision Expo West about certain upcoming changes to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration law.  Dubbed the “Complete Eyecare Event”, International Vision Expo West is an inclusive ophthalmic conference and expo held annually.  Mr. Van Arnam presented materials on the draft regulations covering the FDA’s Unique Device Identifier program, and on changes to the FDA’s establishment registration and listing process.
