CBP's Office of Regulations and Rulings Moves to New Location

The Office of Regulations and Rulings, in U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP’s) Office of International Trade, is relocating from its former location in the U.S. Mint Annex Building to 90 K Street NE., Washington, DC 20229-1177. All correspondence sent to the Office of Regulations and Rulings on or after February 6, 2013, including ruling requests, correspondence, and comments should be sent to the new address.
