Barnes/Richardson Secures Unanimous Win at ITC

February 24, 2014

On February 24, 2014, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted unanimously in favor of continuation of the antidumping duty order on persulfates from the People’s Republic of China.  In the third sunset review of the order, Barnes, Richardson & Colburn, LLP successfully argued, on behalf of domestic producer FMC Corporation, that revocation of the antidumping duty order would lead to material injury to the domestic market.  The ITC vote comes months after the Department of Commerce’s July 8, 2013, determination that revocation of the order would result in dumping of Chinese persulfates at a margin of 119.02%.
