Helena Sullivan to Speak on Iran Sanctions at NYC Bar Association

On January 28, 2016, New York-based Barnes Richardson partner Helena D. Sullivan will be a panelist at the New York City Bar Association’s seminar entitled The Sanctions Regime After the Iran Nuclear Agreement. She will address the current Iran sanctions and how these will be affected by the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, the deal reached with Iran in 2015 which first effected changes in January 2016. Ms. Sullivan will detail both the changes and the significant restrictions that remain in place for U.S. companies and individuals.
