U.S. Makes Changes to Tuna Labeling Regulations

The current administration has made extensive revisions to the tuna labeling regulations in hopes of avoiding more than $470 million in retaliatory tariffs to be imposed by Mexico.

The prior regulations were declared contrary to U.S. international obligations by the WTO on four separate occasions.
