CIT Tests New 'Small Claims' Procedure

The CIT will pilot a new small claims procedure for certain cases, starting this month and continuing until next October. This new option for trade litigation seeks to streamline the often lengthy and costly discovery process by limiting the number of depositions and shortening the allowed time for case discovery.
