WTO Members Estimate September Deadline for Green Goods Pact

Trade officials from seven WTO members, including the U.S., announced plans to conclude its two-year period of negotiations for the Environmental Goods Agreement (EGA). Tariffs for goods such as wind turbines and water treatment filters would be significantly reduced if the agreement is ratified.
