CIT Constitutionality Case Denied by SCOTUS

The U.S. Supreme Court denied International Custom Products’ petition to review the constitutionality of the requirement that importers must to pay duties claimed by U.S. Customs before they can appeal to the U.S. Court of International Trade. The U.S. Court of Appeals had ruled against the petitioner last June.
