AD/CVD Petition on Finished Carbon Steel Flanges from India, Italy, and Spain Filed with ITC, DOC

June 30, 2016 – Boltex Manufacturing and Weldbend, two U.S. manufacturers, filed a petition with Commerce and ITC requesting AD duties on finished carbon steel flanges from India, Italy, and Spain, as well as CVD duties on Indian finished carbon steel flanges.

The investigation’s scope includes all finished carbon steel flanges, regardless of the pipe size, pressure class, configuration, wall thickness, or normalization and heat treatment.
