ATPA and TAA Still Set to Expire February 12

The Andean Trade Promotion Act/Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act (ATPA/ATPDEA) as well as Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) remain set to expire on February 12, 2011, after a   House bill to extend the two programs was withdrawn on February 8, 2011. House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp has said that the bill will not return to the House floor until the week of February 14, 2011, which is after the two programs expire.
