Cortney Morgan to Moderate Discussion on Regulatory Aspects of REACH Regime

Washington based attorney, Cortney Morgan, will moderate a panel discussion concerning the regulatory issues associated with the European Union's chemical regulatory program, REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemical Substances) at the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of International Law's Fall meeting in Paris on November 4, 2010. The seminar is designed to give attorneys and corporate counsel a detailed overview of the REACH requirements and the issues associated with compliance, among these data sharing, antitrust, EU import compliance and customs issues.
