Agricultural Marketing Service Solicits Comments Regarding Softwood Lumber De Minimis Quantity Exemption Threshold

May 30, 2017 -- The Agricultural Marketing Service published a Federal Register notice requesting public comment on whether to implement a de minimis quantity threshold of 15 million board feet for softwood lumber imports and domestic shipments.
