State Department Suspends Licenses for Exports to Libya

The Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) has suspended until further notice all export licenses for Libya issued pursuant to the authorities of the Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. No further exports may be made against them. Additionally, no exemptions may be utilized for exports to Libya.
