USTR Issues More Section 301 Exclusions

WASHINGTON, July 8, 2019--The United States Trade Representative announced additional exclusions for various products subject to Section 301 tariffs.
Effective as of July 6, 2018 and remaining so until a year from the notice's publication, the list provides for exclusions of products falling within the scope of 110 product descriptions intended to cover 362 separate exclusion requests.
Exclusions also apply to products for which exclusion requests had not been explicitly made.
