Ambassador Commends Barnes Richardson Partner Cortney Morgan

BRC Partner Cortney O’Toole Morgan was formally commended by the outgoing Ambassador of Colombia to the United States for her work in achieving enactment of the Colombia-US Free Trade Agreement in 2011.  Ambassador Gabriel  Silva recognized Ms. Morgan’s efforts, stating “I would like to thank you and Barnes Richardson & Colburn for your unwavering support for the U.S.-Colombia Free Trade Agreement.  Without your efforts, we could not have achieved the goal to secure the agreement and advance economic ties between our two countries.”

Ms. Morgan represents Hincapie Sportswear, a Colombian producer of bicycling and other sports apparel, operated by the family of George Hincapie, a renowned American professional racer who has ridden on more Tour de France winning teams than any professional rider in the Tour’s history.  Hincapie Sportswear is a sponsor of the BMC Racing Team, and the defending Tour de France winner, Australian Cadel Evans, currently in fourth place in the 2012 Tour.  George Hincapie is pacing his team leader in this final season of his highly decorated career.
