Barnes Richardson Associate Speaks at Westchester World Trade Council Conference

On Friday, November 30, Barnes Richardson associate Helena Sullivan will be speaking at an event entitled Leveraging Free Trade Agreements for Business Growth, hosted by the Westchester County Association World Trade Council.  The event focuses on how free trade agreements signed between the U.S. and Korea, Columbia and Panama and recently passed by Congress offer new opportunities for U.S. companies to increase international business.  The panel of experts also includes the Deputy Assistant U.S. Trade Representative involved in negotiations on these agreements, as well as a logistics and compliance expert.  Helena will speak on the practical requirements for obtaining the benefits of the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement.  The event will take place from 8:30-11 a.m. in Valhalla, NY, close to White Plains, a short train ride from NYC.
