House Committee on Ways & Means Announces Subcommittee Chairmanships

Recently the House Committee on Ways & Means announced the Chairmen of the subcommittees for the 113th Congress. On the Subcommittee on Trade, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) will be taking over for Rep. Kevin Brady (R-TX) as Chairman, and Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) will replace Jim McDermott (D-WA) as Ranking Member. The membership of the subcommittees will be determined after the remaining Republican Committee member has been appointed. See below for the full list of leadership positions.
• Subcommittee on Health: Rep. Kevin Brady (R-TX)
• Subcommittee on Human Resources: Rep. Dave Reichert (R-WA)
• Subcommittee on Oversight: Rep. Charles Boustany (R-LA)
• Subcommittee on Select Revenue Measures: Rep. Pat Tiberi (R-OH)
• Subcommittee on Social Security: Rep. Sam Johnson (R-TX)
• Subcommittee on Trade: Rep Devin Nunes (R-CA)
The Senate Committee on Finance has not announced subcommittee Chairmanships, but Senator Max Baucus (D-MT) will remain Chairman of the full Committee.
