Barnes/Richardson Partner to Speak on Export Control Reform

On June 7, 2013, Barnes/Richardson Partner Brian Walsh will speak at The International Trade Club of Chicago’s workshop on export control reform. He will address issues related to the implementation of new export control regulations. The Department of State and Department of Commerce recently published regulations implementing initial Export Control Reform changes, which will take effect on October 15, 2013.
