ISF Final Rule Planned for February 2014

According to the regulatory agenda released by Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Custom and Border Protection expects to issue a final rule on Importer Security Filing (ISF) in the federal register early February of 2014.  ISF, also called 10+2, is currently active under the interim final rule, which took effect in 2009.
