ECR Deadlines outlined in Commerce, State FY 2014 Agendas

The U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the U.S. Department of State continue to work towards reaching their proposed deadlines, officially published in Tuesday’s Federal Register (79 FR 1122).  On January 6, 2014, BIS timely published its second final rule, which transferred particular items from the United States Munitions List (USML) to the Commerce Control List.  However, some of the projected deadlines listed in the Unified Agenda have already been missed.

The following list consists all of the projected deadlines BIS initially listed in Unified Agenda, published Fall 2013.  BIS intends to eventually finalize all internal-deadlines that were not initially met during 2013:
