Larry Friedman Speaks at ICPA Conference

Barnes, Richardson & Colburn has again served as a sponsor for the annual meeting of the International Compliance Professionals Association. The conference was held in Orlando this year. Partners Brian Walsh and Larry Friedman represented the firm at the conference. Larry presented an engaging and well-received program on tariff engineering. He covered the concept, history, and current challenges involved in engineering products to qualify for the lowest possible rate of duty.
