Finance Chair Orrin Hatch Announces CBP Hearing

The Senate Finance Committee will be holding a hearing on April 21. It will be focusing on the ways in which U.S. Customs and Border Control will be implementing the recently enacted Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act.

This hearing comes on the heels of the Finance Committee’s public letter making a commitment to “monitor closely” the new customs law’s implementation.
