Comment Period Extended for Proposal on Argentinian Lemon Imports

July 8, 2016 – APHIS has extended the comment period for its proposal to open continental U.S. ports to lemon imports from northwest Argentina. Imports would be subject to phytosanitary regulations and would have to be harvested green or treated for Medfly.

Comments will be accepted until August 10th.
