USTR Requests Comments Concerning Chinese Export Restrictions

The USTR seeks public comment regarding its recent request for WTO dispute settlement, filed jointly with the EU, regarding China’s allegedly unfair restraints imposed upon exports of antimony, chromium, cobalt, copper, graphite, indium, lead, magnesia, talc, tantalum and tin. Comments are due by December 15.
