Commerce Forms New Advisory Council for Trade Enforcement and Compliance

The Department of Commerce has established the Advisory Council on Trade Enforcement and Compliance, according to a Federal Register notice. This council will consist of 20 representatives from public entities significantly involved in international trade with U.S. trade agreement partners and will advise the Commerce Secretary on policy and legal matters. Commerce announced that it will publish another FR notice soliciting nominations.
