On March 2, 2017, Chicago Partner Larry Friedman and Chuck Joern of the Joern Law Firm conducted a webinar focused on the relationship between Consumer Product Safety requirments and import compliance. Chuck began the session with an overview of CPSC requirements for regulated and unregulated products. He then explained how CPSC and Customs coordinate enforcement activities.
