Alan Goggins to Speak at the NY State Society of Certified Public Accountants

Alan Goggins, a partner in Barnes, Richardson & Colburn’s NY office, will be speaking on January 24, 2012, before the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants at their International Taxation Committee’s Annual Conference. He will speak on the topic of transfer pricing from the perspective of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Mr. Goggins is a partner in the New York office of Barnes, Richardson & Colburn. His practice includes litigation before the United States Court of International Trade and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
