Barnes/Richardson attorneys Cortney O’Toole Morgan and Christine H. Martinez recently published an article in Practical Trade & Customs Strategies entitled, “U.S. CBP’s Centers of Excellence and Expertise Allow Centralized Entry Process.”  In the article, Morgan and Martinez use the experiences of importers participating in CBP's pilot program to analyze the benefits of the CEEs before they are fully implemented later this year.
