Barnes/Richardson Becomes a Limited Liability Partnership

Effective January 1, 2013, Barnes, Richardson & Colburn has become a registered limited liability partnership under the laws of the State of New York.  The firm will continue to practice law in Chicago, New York and Washington, DC under the title “Barnes, Richardson & Colburn, LLP.”
