Barnes/Richardson Client Receives De Minimis Margin in Diamond Sawblades Case

The Department of Commerce, in its final determination in the antidumping case regarding Diamond Sawblades and Parts Thereof from China, found a 0.15% antidumping margin for Barnes/Richardson’s clients, the Advanced Technology and Materials Companies, which include Beijing Gang Yan Diamond Products as their primary producer. Barnes/Richardson’s clients were the only companies to receive de minimis margins in the review. Other companies covered by the review received dumping margins between 9.55% and 164.09%.
