Barnes/Richardson Partner Cortney O’Toole Morgan is scheduled to speak at the American Conference Institute’s 2nd U.S. Customs Compliance Boot Camp, on November 19-20th, 2013, held at the Washington Plaza Hotel, in Washington, DC.  During the second day of the event, Cortney O’Toole Morgan will present on how to identify, prepare, and respond to Custom Border Protection (CBP) audits as well as touch upon the future outlook for CBP audit plans.  The conference will examine other complex topics including: classification of goods, valuation, country of origin, and free trade agreements.
