Barnes/Richardson Partner Cortney O’Toole Morgan was recently quoted in an International Trade Today Article that outlines this year’s important topics in trade.  On April 26, 2013, Morgan participated in an American Bar Association panel that discussed the 2013 priorities of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the U.S. State Department, the World Trade Organization (WTO), and the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR).  Morgan spoke with regard to CBP priorities and commented that among other issues, the agency will focus on implementing Free Trade Agreements with Colombia, Panama, and South Korea.
