Barnes/Richardson Partner Speaks on Prior Disclosures at Georgetown CLE Conference

Chicago based partner, Larry Friedman, recently spoke at the Georgetown University Law Center CLE International Trade Update held in Washington, DC.  Larry discussed the requirements and strategies for making a valid prior disclosure before U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).  The paper presented at the conference is available here.
