BRC Partner David Forgue Speaks at ITCC Workshop

On March 28, 2014, Barnes/Richardson partner David Forgue made a presentation on Customs Enforcement of Other Government Agency Laws and Intellectual Property Rights as part of the International Trade Club of Chicago’s Import/Export Workshop Series. During the presentation Forgue addressed enforcement requirements of the Food and Drug Administration, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission as well as enforcement of intellectual property in imports and exports.
