On June 18, 2008, Congress overrode the President’s veto of H.R. 6124, enacting the “complete” Farm Bill into law. The first version of the Farm Bill, H.R. 2419 was only partially enacted in May due to a clerical error. H.R. 6124 includes the same 14 Titles as H.R. 2419, plus the previously omitted Title III on Trade (more).
