On February 16, 2017, Chicago-based Barnes Richardson partner David G. Forgue will be a speaker at the Chicago Customs Broker and Freight Forwarder Association's seminary entitled "AD/CVD for Brokers."  He will address understanding what AD/CVD is, the appropriate means to understand if goods are in the scope of an order, and how to work with clients to avoid unexpected liability.
