Dean Pinkert Sworn in as ITC Commissioner

On February 26, 2007, Dean Pinkert was sworn in as the 82nd Commissioner of the six-member United States International Trade Commission (ITC).  Pinkert, a Democrat of Virginia, was nominated by President George W. Bush on September 7, 2006; renominated on January 9, 2007; and confirmed by the Senate on February 1, 2007, for the term expiring on December 16, 2015.
