ITC Requests Public Comments on Chinese Steel Import Ban

The International Trade Commission has requested public comments regarding U.S. Steel’s April 26th request for an import ban on Chinese carbon and alloy steel products. Allegations against the Chinese steel industry include price fixing, collusion, theft of trade secrets, and the misrepresentation of products’ country of origin. Comments are due by May 11.
