Chicago-based partner Larry Friedman has been elected to serve as Vice President of the Customs and International Trade Bar Association. He previously served as Secretary and as the Chair of the Trials and Appeals Committee. CITBA, which was formed in 1926, is a specialized bar association for lawyers practicing in the areas of customs law, trade remedies, export controls and related areas of law. Many CITBA members, including Larry, practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. CITBA members include lawyers in private practice, governmental positions, and in corporate setting.
