Partner Brian Walsh to speak on Related Party Valuation

On Thursday, November 19, 2015, Chicago-based Partner, Brian Walsh, will speak at a Chicago Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association seminar. The seminar is entitled, “Related Party Valuation” which will cover a variety of areas of the duty determination. The event will explain the concepts behind related party valuation, as well as the methods that can be used to establish appropriateness of valuation and the questions the broker should be asking to assist the importer.
The seminar will be held at Topco Building, 150 Northwest Point Blvd., Elk Grove Village, Illinois, 60007 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. There is no cost to members and non-members, while counting for two C.C.S. points. To register for this event, please visit www.CCBFA.org.
