DOC Initiates Anti-Circumvention Investigation against Chinese Aluminum Extrusions

Zhongwang and eight affiliates have become the subject of a Department of Commerce anti-circumvention inquiry.

These proceedings, initiated on behalf of the Aluminum Extrusions Fair Trade Committee, seek to determine whether or not Zhongwang has modified both the chemical composition and processing of their extrusions so that they fall outside the scope of existing AD and CVD orders.
