Senate Approves Two New CIT Judges

June 7, 2016—The U.S. Senate approved the nominations of two new CIT judges. Former USTR senior IP and innovation director, Jennifer Choe Groves, and Massachusetts appellate judge, Stephen Katzmann, will preside over customs and duties venue. Jeanne E. Davidson and Elizabeth J. Drake await Senate action.
