Customs Retracts Warning E-Mail
Customs and Border Protection has circulated an e-mail and a letter seeking to distance itself from an earlier e-mail circulated by a Customs Account Manager. That e-mail concerned valuation enforcement and invoice descriptions. Barnes, Richardson & Colburn sent the e-mail to clients and others as a Trade Alert on October 12.
