Byrd Amendment Update

On June 29, 2011, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) posted the list of preliminary amounts available as of April 30, 2011 for disbursement in FY 2011 under the Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act of 2000 ("CDSOA").  As previously reported, the deadline to submit CDSOA certifications is July 26, 2011.
