Mandatory C-TPAT Portal Up

The C-TPAT Security Link Portal , which is mandatory for C-TPAT participants is now up and functioning.New deadlines have been given to update C-TPAT members Security Profile as follows:

If the C-TPAT participant fails to update this information by the date required, the participants will be removed from the C-TPAT program entirely, lose benefits and would have to reapply. The Security Profile should be updated as needed and must be updated and re-certified on a yearly basis. Only a C-TPAT participants point of contact (a company officer or employee with an email address registered with C-TPAT) may create or modify a Portal account. The primary C-TPAT point of contact will be able add additional users for access to their companys C-TPAT Portal account. Instructions on the use of the Portal are available on the CBP website here.
